The RS2581 device is a dual-channel load switch with controlled turn on, integrating N-channel MOSFET power devices to meet high-side load switch applications. The device can operate over an input voltage range of 0.6 V to 5.5 V, and can support a maximum continuous current of 6 A per channel.
